01 / Why now
From sessions
to persistent intelligence.
AI is moving from session-based interaction, where every conversation starts from nothing, toward persistent personal intelligence that keeps context across days, devices and situations, and can act on it.
QYP’s thesis is that this layer is built as software first; that it needs its own persistent context; that it reaches people through wearable surfaces rather than a screen they have to open; and that, over time, it is served from dedicated compute. Johnny is being built along those four parts.
02 / What exists today
What exists today.
A plain account of what is functioning, what is being built and what comes next. Johnny is in development; nothing here is presented as shipping unless it is stated as working.

Dedicated AI compute
Private, dedicated infrastructure.
Productization
Early-user experience.
Deeper wearable integration
Johnny, glasses and body and context signals working together.
03 / Wearables
Software first.
Johnny is software. Wearables are the surfaces it is designed to reach: a display in front of the eyes, and the signals the body already produces. QYP builds the software layer and the integrations; the hardware is the surface, not the product.
AI glasses / interface concept
Glasses
Interface surface / in development
Johnny is designed to use a wearable display as an interface and context surface. The glasses interface and the product experience around it are in development.
Ring / body signals
Oura Ring
CORE INTEGRATION / WORKING
Integration with Oura Ring: the core connection and data flow are functioning; the interface and product experience remain in development.
Hardware ownership / a possibility, not a decision
QYP may pursue deeper ownership of hardware and infrastructure depending on capital and development strategy. This remains an option under consideration rather than a committed plan.
04 / Dedicated compute
Dedicated
AI infrastructure.
QYP plans to build dedicated AI compute and server infrastructure to increase control over Johnny’s persistent context, inference and product development.
This is the next stage of the build and the first capital priority of the current raise: more control over where persistent context lives and how inference is served, faster iteration on the product, and, over time, lower dependence on third-party infrastructure.

Polybot
Internal system / prediction-market intelligence
A prediction-market engine that turns market signals into probability estimates.
Polybot ingests market data, weighs signals and compares its estimate with the market’s current probability.
Demonstration / one illustrative BTC window
Illustrative demonstration of what Polybot does. A BTC up-or-down market over 15 min shows Up 52 percent and Down 48 percent. Five illustrative signals travel into Polybot, the prediction engine ingests, weights and resolves them, and its model view shows Up 61 percent against the market’s 52 percent. Illustrative model output only: not live market data, not a forecast and not a performance result.
Origin / relationship to Johnny
Polybot is operated internally, built by the founders with engineering contributors, and works across prediction-market signals, including BTC- and ETH-related prediction markets. It became QYP’s first applied agentic and prediction intelligence system and an early proving ground for operating software that ingests signals, weighs information and resolves decisions. Developed alongside early Johnny work, it helped inform the broader intelligence architecture.
Johnny is designed to monitor the system and surface relevant context from it. Polybot is an internal system: not a public product, not offered as a service, and not a source of investment advice.
07 / Operating foundation
Digital assets
Treasury, yield and capital operations / continuing
QYP began with digital-asset treasury and yield strategies and broader capital operations. That activity continues under its own mandates and risk parameters.
Personal AI is now the company’s primary development focus. Digital-asset operations remain a supporting operating activity and part of the company’s operating foundation.
